Office ManagerSusan is a breath of fresh air for anyone that is looking for a place to have their vehicle, motorcyle, camper, boat, ect.. fixed. She excels at communication and will always make sure that you, the customer, know exaclty what is going on and where we are at in the process of repairing your vehicle that you have entrusted us with. Susan's attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Susan takes her job and position very seriously and is always open to constructive critism to help her improve. Her customer service skills are impeccable and her dedication is second to none... Susan will be the first person you generally speak with and the one who will deliver your vehicle to you. She is the MOST involved in the process which makes her your go to person for just about any questions... She can not diagnose issues with your vehicle or fix them herself but she knows the processes required inside out. Susan is happily married and living her best life. She is a proud mother of 3 adult children, and 3 adult step children, as well as a proud Grandma to 9, with one great grand child on the way.
