A native of Arvada, Colorado, Dr. Levstik is a family medicine physician dedicated to educating and serving his patients. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Colorado State University, a Master of Business Administration from Regis University, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines Medical University. Dr. Levstik completed a family practice residency with Corpus Christi Medical Center. Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, his clinical interests include preventive medicine, men’s health, nutritional optimization, acute and chronic care medicine.“I believe the patient-physician relationship is based on mutual respect, trust, and empowered decision-making.
