  Experience: For more than 25 years, I worked in the hospitality industry. Whether I was leading sales or marketing departments or serving as the general manager for large casino resorts, I focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Working with diverse employee groups, I have learned the importance of providing a positive, fun work environment and matching the right person to the right job. I have run large, multi-faceted businesses and I understand the challenges facing business owners/managers as they navigate their business through internal and external challenges. The big picture: At PrideStaff, our Mission is to “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” This mission focus builds trust...trust to allow us to create staffing solutions for our business customers as well as to assist with job searches for our associates. In turn, our clients and associates alike are highly satisfied and are eager to recommend PrideStaff to a colleague or friend. We love referrals! And we back up what we sell by providing to and reviewing quarterly satisfaction surveys from both our customers and our associates so we can be sure we are over delivering on our promises and continually improving our service.
