• CREDIT REPORT- (Individual Report)

  The Credit Report provides a credit profile of the applicant pulled from one of three credit wholesalers.

• EXPRESS REPORT

  The Express Report provides the following information on the applicant: a credit profile, social security search, search of criminal conviction information and eviction search.

• FULL REPORT

  The Full Report provides the following information on the applicant: a credit profile, social security search, search of criminal conviction information, an eviction search and phone verification for rental and employment references.

• BASIC REPORT

  The Basic Report provides the following information on the applicant: search of criminal conviction information and eviction records. Additionally, the report provides phone verification for rental and employment references.

• C & E REPORT- (Credit Report & Eviction Search)

  Includes eviction search and a credit profile.

• C & C REPORT- (Credit Report & Criminal Search)

  Includes a credit report and criminal search.

• F & C REPORT- (Eviction Search & Criminal Search)

  Includes eviction search and criminal search.

• COMMERCIAL CREDIT REPORT

  Includes a summary of Experian trade data, public record and collections; with Credit Logic Score, Business Failure Risk Score, Data Depth Score and Recommended Credit Limit.

• COMMERCIAL EXPRESS REPORT

  Business credit report & eviction search on both the business and owner, and criminal conviction search on the business owner.

• COMMERCIAL FULL REPORT

  Business credit report & eviction search on both the business and owner, and criminal conviction search on the business owner. Plus phone verification on rental references.

• CANADIAN FULL REPORT

  Provides the same information in the regular Full Report, except the credit report & phone verification calls are Canadian. (If you need a criminal background in Canada, it is an additional fee based on Province & takes approximately 5 business days to receive.)

• SOCIAL SEARCH

  Social Search provides social security number verification. The report could contain all names and addresses associated with the social security number in question as well as the date the information was reported. You will learn if the number has been issued, is valid, or belongs to an individual recorded as deceased.

• EVICTION SEARCH

  The Eviction Search consists of a database search of information from most major counties in the states selected.

• CRIMINAL SEARCH

  The Criminal Search consists of a database search of information from most major counties in the states selected. Colorado records accessed in real time through the Colorado Courts!

• Colorado Courts

  A flexible, stand-alone search of criminal records, live from the Colorado Courts criminal records system. Contains access to the official state of Colorado criminal records repository, of over 8 million court cases involving more than 14 million parties.
